Team Composition

Definition

Team composition is the identification of all human resources allocated to the project and their relationships to each other. An organizational chart is typically used to display this type of information.

Why is this important?

Some projects include full-time team members and/or part time or "matrixed" team members. The resource team composition chart shows the team members, their reporting relationships and each member's time allocation to the project.

Instruction

Develop an organization chart that shows all resources identified in the responsibilities table. Include names of project members and their percent of time allocated to the project.

How to scale

List only those individuals with major project assignments or consider listing everyone who is a resource to the project.
